GipsyMenco's Music

Is a blend of old world Flamenco fused with smooth Modern Jazz and worldly rhythms played upon the Spanish guitar. Sounds from all over the world are blended to produce a new sensation to mesmerize relax, while inspiring your senses. Sal has played many instruments since childhood but focuses his passion for the guitar to bring Flamenco Jazz to life. In his past musical experiences, Sal has opened for major artists such as Carlos Santana and Mexican Rock sensation Mana, B.B KING and many more, Being a musician all of his life, and now focusing on a solo career.

Flamenco Chill

In Nov of 2011, the third release from GipsyMenco titled "Flamenco Chill" was made available to the public. This album is a mix of Flamenco, Jazz, Arabic Oriental Music, Latin and Rumba infused with world instrument and beats. Every song has a unique collaboration to influence and carry the imagination from the winds in the "Mesopotmian Breeze" to the Spanish clapping in "Rumba Rumba". This collection will take you on a trip around the world. GipsyMenco is working on the fourth album to be released soon! Stay tuned!

No Boundaries

In May of 2005, the second release from GipsyMenco titled, “No Boundaries ” was made available to the public, this time around Sal had the pleasure of including a more diverse collection of World influuences while keeping the smooth jazz flowing rhythmically. Imported instruments from all over the world have helped make “No Boundaries” compare to no other in Flamenco-Jazz and is gaining rapid popularity in a world where no boundaries exists.

Perfection

Since the time GipsyMenco was founded, many fans around the globe have been delighted with every strum of the guitar. GipsyMenco's music has been described as “Flamenco-World fusion”. The CD debut of GipsyMenco entitled “Perfection” was released in 2004/2005 and is available for purchase on GipsyMenco.com as well as other music websites.

Sufi Mediterranean Cuisine is delighted to serve the San Diego with authentic Persian cuisine. Sufi’s delicious kabobs are freshly prepared daily and cooked right before your eyes on our open-fire grill. We also offer delicious Lunch Buffet with International Food, Salad & Dessert Bar, Soft Drink, Tea & Coffee daily Monday thru Saturday. A staple of the La Mesa community for half a century, now under new ownership, historic Charcoal House Restaurant is bringing the traditional downtown Steakhouse experience back to the Mount Helix area. GipsyMenco is a truly unique live band experience. We do live entertainment that your guests will not forget. An alternative to large, over-the-top bands.

Hiring a band for your wedding, or event is risky business, we understand that. A band has the power to make your event great or ruin it. You need a professional band. If you have looked around, you know, as we do, that most professional bands are big and expensive.
